We are two professionals with a track-record in training and workshops for well-known companies AND working closely with individuals. A consolidated 40 years of experience in the corporate, hospitality and start-up environment gives us a broad spectrum and insight into the working world. Besides that, both of us had our personal struggles to deal with which accelerated our journey to clarity about what’s important in life and business. And to go out and get it – and now we help our clients to do the same!
Claudia Hesse
Claudia started her career in the newly emerging IT market in the 80's and created a story-book career for herself, starting out in telesales and finally serving as a Director and a Member of the Board in a multi-national IT company, before she started her own businesses.
Claudia is the founder of The Better Workplace and Nutriwhizz, as well as co-founder of speicherguide.de.
She's serving busy professionals to re-ignite their life, to do the things that matter and finally reach their next level.
Lynn Bruines
Graduated from both EHL and Cornell University, specialising in Hospitality and Customer Service, with 10+ years experience in 10 countries at renowned hotel brands and a leading hospitality recruitment platform working with top hospitality schools.
In 2016, Lynn took the jump to quit her full-time job, moved back to Switzerland and launched her business: The Prospi.
She's now a career coach for hospitality professionals to advance their career. She also provides tailored workshops for professionals to master interpersonal skills.
