We will use the best Ninja-methods to deal with emotions - ours and those of others - on all levels: intellectually (quite easy), emotionally (trickier), physical (this is where the magic happens if you know how). Â
On top of that we'll do that in a community - well if there are enough people signing up for this course ;-).Â

Hi, I'm Claudia
I am a former executive turned into a (self-) Leadership & Communication Coach and Trainer who supports senior leaders, mainly (but not exclusively) in the tech and biotech industry to become masters of emotional intelligence, genuinely self-confident and excellent communicators & influencers, being real and aligned with who they are -  whom people love to follow.Â
I've worked with people and companies all over the world and I'm passionate to bring more joy and ease in people's lives and workplaces.
Besides that I'm a mum of 2 wonderful young adults, a dog mum, love my garden and Scotland (I know, random!) and can be really funny sometimes...despite being German ;-).Â
